Activated Carbon Filters

High‑Efficiency Protection for Critical Equipment

Targeted Purification Through Molecular Adsorption

Activated Carbon Filters are engineered for the removal of color, odor, and organic contaminants from various liquids, including water, vegetable oils, and mineral oils. Unlike particle filters, these filters are designed for molecular-level purification through the natural adsorption properties of activated carbon.

Activated carbon is an extremely porous and adsorptive material, capable of trapping a wide range of dissolved organic compounds. Although not primarily designed for solid particle filtration, the structure of these filters allows them to capture particles as small as 5 microns.

Built for industrial demands, these filters offer reliable performance under high-temperature and moderate-pressure conditions.

Key Features & Performance Benefits

Effective Odor and Color Removal

Ideal for eliminating unwanted taste, smell, and color from a wide range of liquid media.

Microporous Adsorption Media

Utilizes highly porous activated carbon to trap dissolved organic molecules.

Micron-Sized Filtration Capability

While not designed for particle separation, it can remove suspended particles down to 5 microns.

High Durability

Operates under conditions up to 300°F (approx. 150°C) and pressure differentials of 50–80 PSI.

Versatile Applications

Suitable for food processing, chemical industries, water treatment, and lubricant purification.

Eco-Friendly and Cost-Effective

Activated carbon is a renewable and recyclable material, offering sustainable operation with reduced operating costs over time.
