  • Ensuring alignment between client expectations and technical/production capabilities.

  • Analyzing tender documents and preparing technical and commercial proposals.

  • Coordinating with engineering and quality departments to prepare compliant bid submissions.

  • Managing the lifecycle of domestic and international contracts.

🌐 3. Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Establishing reliable supplier networks for raw materials, mechanical components, and specialized filters.

  • Overseeing the evaluation and qualification of vendors based on performance, pricing, and compliance.

  • Negotiating favorable terms while ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
