At Pishtaz Energy, the Quality Control (QC) department plays a decisive role in upholding product reliability through systematic inspection, testing, and documentation. QC ensures that every component, process, and final product meets strict technical specifications and complies with relevant industry standards.

With a focus on accuracy and traceability, QC acts as the final checkpoint before a product reaches our clients—mitigating risk, increasing operational safety, and enhancing long-term equipment performance.

🔍 Core Responsibilities

Dimensional & Visual Inspections
Verifying physical tolerances, surface finish, weld seams, and structural integrity across all fabricated components and assemblies.
Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
Utilizing certified techniques such as RT, UT, PT, MT, and VT to detect internal or surface-level discontinuities without compromising the product.
Hydrostatic & Pneumatic Pressure Testing
Ensuring pressure vessels, filters, and critical piping can withstand operational pressures, in full compliance with ASME, PED, or customer-specific codes.
Material Certification & Traceability Checks
Confirming the origin, composition, and conformity of raw materials using Mill Test Reports (MTRs), certificates, and batch codes.
Final Inspection & Client Witnessing
Coordinating final product release inspections with third-party inspectors, clients, and certifying bodies, ensuring seamless approval and delivery.
Documentation & QC Dossiers
Compiling and submitting complete test packages including inspection reports, test certificates, and conformity declarations.
