The Engineering Department at Pishtaz Energy serves as the technical backbone of the company. It is responsible for the development, design, and optimization of a wide range of filtration systems based on global standards and project-specific requirements.
Combining the expertise of mechanical, process, and materials engineers with deep industry experience, this department delivers fully engineered, customized solutions—from feasibility studies to detailed construction drawings. It not only supports current client demands but also plays a vital role in shaping the company’s technical roadmap for the future.
📐 Key Responsibilities
1. Filtration Product Design
Design of industrial filters including gas, liquid, oil, activated carbon, multi-mantle, and coalescer types tailored to project needs.
Use of advanced CAD and simulation tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS for structural and performance analysis.
Adaptation and customization of filter designs to accommodate specific pressure, temperature, and environmental constraints.
2. Engineering Analysis & Simulation
Execution of mechanical, hydraulic, and thermal calculations to ensure safe and efficient operation of all equipment.
Flow simulation, pressure drop estimation, and stress analysis to predict real-world performance.
Material behavior assessment under demanding industrial conditions with expert recommendations for alloy and coating selections.
3. Technical Documentation & Drawings
Generation of complete technical packages including datasheets, fabrication drawings, assembly guides, and installation layouts.
Creation and revision of design documentation aligned with client requirements, international standards, and quality protocols.
4. Project Technical Support
Close collaboration with Commercial, QC, and Production departments to ensure seamless execution of engineering projects.
Responding to client RFQs and offering technical support during bidding and project execution phases.
Performing site visits and field assessments to ensure design compatibility with real-world operating conditions.
