🔍 Core Responsibilities

- Documented Quality Management Systems
- Implementation and oversight of a comprehensive QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards, ensuring procedural consistency and accountability.
- Supplier and Material Traceability
  Maintaining full traceability of raw materials, components, and third-party services used in production through a robust documentation and coding system.
- Compliance Monitoring and Audits
  Planning and executing internal audits, third-party inspections, and conformity checks to ensure that procedures, documentation, and outputs comply with standards like ASME, API, ISO, and customer-specific requirements.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
  Identifying root causes of non-conformities and implementing systemic improvements to prevent recurrence and maintain process reliability.
- Training and Quality Awareness
  Developing and delivering training programs for personnel to enhance understanding of quality practices, safety, and documentation protocols.
- Client and Regulatory Interface
  Serving as a direct communication channel with clients, certifying bodies, and regulatory authorities during audits, technical clarifications, and quality documentation reviews.
