Where Design Meets Execution
The Production Department at Pishtaz Energy is the operational core where technical designs are transformed into tangible, high-performance filtration systems. This department plays a crucial role in ensuring that every product—whether a single filter element or a complex multi-stage housing—is manufactured with utmost precision, reliability, and compliance with international standards.
Working in close coordination with our Engineering, QA, and QC departments, the Production team is responsible for turning detailed mechanical drawings into real-world products that meet or exceed customer expectations.
🔧 Key Functions & Capabilities
Material Handling & Preparation
Selection, cutting, and pre-processing of high-grade raw materials such as stainless steels, carbon steels, and specialized filter media, all according to project specifications.Fabrication & Assembly
Skilled technicians and machinists construct components such as housings, flanges, end caps, perforated supports, and coalescing units using precision tools and CNC-based machinery.Certified Welding Operations
All welded assemblies are completed under certified welding procedures (WPS/PQR) to ensure mechanical strength, leak integrity, and corrosion resistance. Materials and joints are selected based on service conditions like pressure, temperature, and media type.Surface Treatment & Coating
Where required, finished products undergo grit blasting, passivation, or industrial-grade coating to enhance durability in aggressive environments.Dimensional & Visual Inspections
Throughout the process, products are inspected against technical drawings and quality standards to ensure proper fit, alignment, and finish before passing to the QA/QC stages.Customization & Prototyping
The department is equipped to handle both high-volume production and low-quantity custom fabrication projects, including prototypes and one-off assemblies for specialized needs.

The Production Department serves as the practical execution arm of the company and collaborates closely with:
Engineering, to validate design feasibility and resolve technical queries
Quality Assurance, to maintain traceability, documentation, and material control
Quality Control, to ensure compliance with dimensional, visual, and welding standards
Procurement, to ensure timely availability of materials and components
